Publications
Agencies are required to file their publications with the Commission of Public Records – State Records Center and Archives so that agency publications can be maintained permanently in the state archives. Agencies are also required to file publications with the State Library. To reduce duplication in the filing obligation for state agencies, the State Records Center and Archives and the State Library entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to make the State Library the single point of filing. The State Library transmits the archival copy to the State Records Center and Archives.
