This is an amendment to 16.48.5 NMAC, Sections 2, 3, 6 and 8, effective
2/8/2022.
16.48.5.2 SCOPE: All individuals and [business

16.48.5.3 STATUTORY
AUTHORITY: These rules are promulgated pursuant to the Private
Investigations Act, Section [61-27B-20] 61-27B-5 NMSA 1978.

16.48.5.6 OBJECTIVE: To establish fees to generate revenue
adequate to fund the cost of program administration as authorized under Section
61-27B-20 NMSA 1978.
