The New Mexico Public Education Department repealed its emergency rule 6.19.8 NMAC School Improvement Designations, filed 5/23/2023, and replaced it with a new rule entitled School Differentiation and Support, 6.19.8 NMAC, adopted10/12/2023 and effective 10/24/2023.
