NOTICE OF MINOR, NONSUBSTANTIVE CORRECTION

The Economic Development Department gives notice of a Minor, Nonsubstantive Correction to its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in Issue 8 of the New Mexico Register.

The proposed new rule Public Finance, Local Economic Development Act (LEDA) has a new rule number of 2.94.1 NMAC. The previous rule number was erroneous given as 2.93.1 NMAC. The proposed new rule has been corrected with the new rule number.
