NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF PUBLIC
HEARING
The Office of
Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) is providing notice to terminate the public rule
hearing scheduled on June 30, 2023, in accordance with Subsection C of Section
14-4-5 NMSA 1978. The proposed rules
to THE
NEW MEXICO TITLE INSURANCE RULES, TITLE 13, CHAPTER 14 NMAC, TO ADOPT MODERN
TITLE INSURANCE FORMS; are being terminated at this time
and
a rule hearing shall be held at a later date.
