The New Mexico Advisory Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners approved the repeal of 16.23.14 NMAC, Respiratory Care Practitioners - Scope of Practice Guidelines for Non-Licensed, Non-Exempted Persons (filed 6/6/2000) and replace it with Respiratory Care Practitioners - Scope of Practice Guidelines for Non-Licensed, Non-Exempted Persons, (adopted 11/2/2024) and effective 12/10/2024.
