At its July 02, 2024, hearing, the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department-Energy Conservation and Management Division has decided to repeal rule 3.3.14 NMAC – New Solar Market Development Income Tax Credit, filed 8/25/2020, and replace it with 3.3.14 NMAC – New Solar Market Development Income Tax Credit, effective 07/16/2024.
