The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department approved, at its 05/23/2024 hearing, to repeal its rule 3.6.6 NMAC - Provisions for Imposition of Tax Applicability filed 8/19/1996 and replace it with a new rule 3.6.6 NMAC - Provisions for Imposition of Tax Applicability, adopted 07/15/2024 and effective 07/30/2024.
