The New Mexico Health Care Authority approved the repeal of 8.321.2 NMAC - Specialized Behavioral Health Services, Specialized Behavioral Health Provider Enrollment and Reimbursement (filed 7/22/2021) and replaced it with 8.321.2 NMAC - Specialized Behavioral Health Services, Specialized Behavioral Health Provider Enrollment and Reimbursement (adopted on 11/5/2024), effective 12/10/2024.
