NOTICE OF MINOR, NONSUBSTANTIVE CORRECTION

The Board of Veterinary Medicine gives Notice of a Minor, Nonsubstantive Correction to 16.25.10 NMAC.

Pursuant to the authority granted under State Rules Act, Subsection D of Section 14-4-3 NMSA 1978, please note that the following minor, non-substantive corrections to spelling, grammar and format have been made to all electronic copies of the above rule, as follows:

Section 9: Had a subsection A without a subsection B. Accordingly, paragraphs (1) – (6) were converted to subsections A – F and subparagraphs (a) – (d) were converted to paragraphs (1) – (4).

This error is also found in the new rule filing of the above rule, effective on 1/14/2025.

A copy of this Notification will be filed with the official version of the above amendment and with the new rule filing.
