Pre-NMAC History: The material in this regulation was derived from that previously filed with the State Records Center and Archives under:
State Board of Education (SBE) Regulation No. 87-11, Regulation On Acquired Immune deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), filed April 13, 1988.
History of Repealed Material:
The Public Education Department (“Department”) has repealed 6.12.2 NMAC (HEALTH - IMMUNIZATION OF SCHOOL CHILDREN) and 6.12.3 NMAC (HEALTH - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)), effective November 15, 2005. The Department has adopted new rule 6.12.2 NMAC (Health Services), which repromulgates the provisions of the repealed 6.12.2 NMAC, repromulgates and updates the provisions of the repealed 6.12.3 NMAC, and adds new language addressing self-carry for the treatment of asthma and anaphylaxis associated medical conditions.
