12.26.9.6 Objective: The objective of this part is to clarify Section 58-17-13(B) of the Act.

12.26.9.7 Definitions: For the purposes of Section 58-17-13(B) of the Act, the term "actual cost" is defined as the examiner's salary computed on a pro rata basis, mileage, airfare, automobile rental, per diem and copying costs. Travel days or any portion thereof shall be included in determining actual costs.
