19.14.29.8 SHOOTING AND CHEMICAL TREATMENT OF WELLS: If injury results to the producing formation, casing or casing seat from shooting or treating a well, the operator thereof shall proceed with diligence to use the appropriate method and means for rectifying such damage. If shooting or chemical treating results in irreparable injury to the well, the division may require the operator to properly plug and abandon the well.
