19.15.103.9 SPECIFICATIONS, TOLERANCES AND OTHER TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: The specifications, tolerances and other technical requirements for commercial weighing and measuring devices for the state of New Mexico shall be the same as adopted by the national conference on weights and measures as set forth in national institute of standards and technology (NIST) handbook 44, as revised.
